Today I almost skipped out on my workout. I talked to my sis and she sent me this image, needless to say I made it to the gym! find a friend or friends who will keep you motivated during those times when you think you just can’t do it anymore.

Eating clean is always the hardest part for me, I looooove chips and cupcakes and candy (the 3 C’s as I call them) but I have to remember what my goals are and I’m reminded that without a clean diet my workouts are pretty much pointless.
Always has been one of my favorite quotes as a personal trainer I’ve learned that motiviation is the best tool in helping people reach their goals.
